Shipping & Handling
Please allow 5-10 business days for the arrival of your merchandise based on availability of products and credit approval. If an item is unavailable or will be delayed we will notify you via e-mail. We ship via UPS anywhere in the Continental United States. We do not ship to PO boxes so be sure to include a street address. Orders placed to Canada, Hawaii & Alaska are Express ship only and will be charged an additional $15.

International Orders
We are happy to ship your order internationally via United States Postal Service. Please note that to fulfill your order we request that an email or fax with the front and back of the credit card used and a photo ID be sent for bank verification purposes to info@ravinstyle.com or 212.219.6910. If we do not receive this information within 3 business days of the order date the order will be canceled.

Since international orders require additional verification, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be shipped. Any additional customs fees or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer; unfortunately Ravinstyle cannot calculate these fees.

Rates

Messenger Service
We offer messenger service only in Manhattan for $17 based on availability of products and credit approval. The customer must be available to sign for the package at the scheduled drop off time and location.

Return/Exchange Policy
We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your credit card for any purchase that you are not 100% satisfied with, within 14 days of the ship date. There is a 50% restocking fee of merchandise returned after the 14 days. The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packing materials. Please ship back securely packed, insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. Customized/personalized items, intimates and some sale merchandise are non-refundable.   There is a $7 shipping fee for exchanges.

Final Sale Items
On occasion we will offer our customers deep discounts on specific items. Because of the drastic markdowns, these items are marked FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned for a refund OR exchanged. We know you love getting a great deal, and we're happy to offer you bargains you won't find anywhere else. We just ask that you think before you click- once you purchase these items, we cannot offer you a return or an exchange if they do not fit.

Express Shipping
If you need to have you order rush shipped please contact us at info@ravinstyle.com to confirm the availability of the item you would like to ship and our rush options.

Gift Wrapping
You shop and we'll wrap! For a charge of $5 we'll box or bag your gift and seal it with Ravinstyle satin logo ribbon and sticker, along with your personalized gift note.

All pages where secure information is transmitted will display a lock on the lower righthand corner of your browser screen, to indicate that the information is encrypted. Should you choose to not store your billing information with us, your credit card information can be deleted after your purchase is made.
